Care Instructions

To lengthen the wear-life, we recommend handwashing your NEIWAI product:

  • Lingerie: Dissolve a gentle detergent in cold water (86°F/30°C max) and fully immerse the underwear. Gently press/knead it, then rinse (soak no longer than 5 minutes). Hang or lay flat to dry in a cool, shaded place. If you choose to use a washing machine, please use a laundry bag.
  • Activewear: Hand wash with like colors in cold water. Hang to dry. Do not iron.
  • Casual Wear: Hand wash separately in cold water with like colors. Line dry in shade. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
  • Loungewear: Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. Dry flat.
